ISLAMABAD, Oct 06 (Online): Arrangements have been made for third hearing of practice and procedure case.
There will be live hearing of the case on Monday and a bench has also been constituted in this regard.
A full court bench under Cheif Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa will hear the case.
The decision is likely to be announced on Monday.
The CJP has already said he will give decision after hearing 3 lawyers. He has asked the lawyers to come prepared.
It is pertinent to mention here the hearing of petitions against Practice and procedure act 2023 was adjourned till Monday.
The Court had said decision would be given after hearing the case on Monday.
