ISLAMABAD, SEP 27 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered during the hearing of case against MPO order that Shahryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar be not arrested for one day more in any other case.
It is pertinent to mention here the court has suspended MPO order against Shehryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar.
Justice Babar Sattar of IHC took up the case for hearing on Wednesday.
Shandana Gulzar appeared in the court along with her lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat. Shehryar Afridi could not appear in the court.
One amicus curiae completed his arguments regarding powers of magistrate and MPO order.
The second amicus curiae Salah ud Din advocate will give arguments today, Thursday.
Therefore, the court has stopped from arresting Shehryar Afridi and Shandana Gulzar in some other case for one day more.
The hearing of the case has been adjourned till today (Thursday).
