ISLAMABAD, Nov 06 (Online): Notice has been issued to superintendent Adiala Jail for not allowing chairman PTI Imran Khan to talk to his sons.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of special court issued notice.
Sheeraz Ahmad Ranjha advocate counsel for chairman PTI filed the petition.
It was taken plea in the petition superintendent Adiala Jail did not allow Imran Khan to talk to his sons despite court’s orders.
The petition said Superintendent Adiala jail did not implement court’s orders.
It was requested in the petition contempt of court proceeding be initiated against superintendent Adiala jail for not complying with court’s orders.
Request was made in the petition that order be issued to jail authorities to implement court orders for arranging Imran Khan talks with his sons.
The court while issuing notice to jail authorities to give reply adjourned the hearing of the court till November 8.
