ISLAMABAD, Nov 07 (ONLINE): District and Sessions court Islamabad has extended physical remand of former minister Fawad Chaudhry for one day in fraud case.
Fawad Chaudhry was presented in judicial magistrate Islamabad court on completion of his two days physical remand in fraud case.
Hibba Chaudhry wife of Fawad Chaudhry was also present in the court.
Faisal Chaudhry and Ali Bokhari counsels for the accused were also present in the court.
The police requested the court to give more physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry.
Faisal Chaudhry counsel for the accused opposed the more physical remand.
The court reserved judgment on the plea of further physical remand.
Later court while announcing judgment extended physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry for one day.
