ISLAMABAD, JAN 28 (ONLINE): Islamabad Court has extended bail of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi till February 11 in 6 cases.
Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka of district and sessions court Islamabad took up for hearing bail plea of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in six cases Tuesday.
Ansar Kiyani and Shamsa Kiyani appeared in the court as counsels for PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
Counsel Ansar Kiyani requested the court Bushra Bibi has been arrested due to her conviction in 190 million pounds case. She should be granted exemption from attendance. Bushra Bibi is imprisoned in Adiala jail. Her attendance be marked through video link.
Judge Afzal Majoka said ” I am engaged today in cases registered under PECA. Therefore nothing will happen today.
The exemption plea is approved.
The court extended bail pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi till February 11.
