ISLAMABAD, OCT 13 (ONLINE): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned hearing of miscellaneous petition seeking fixation of petition regarding security and protection of chairman PTI in jail for early hearing as no lawyer appeared during the hearing of the case.
Bushra Bibi application came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Aamir Farooq Friday.
No lawyer appeared on behalf of the applicant.
The CJ IHC remarked Bushra Bibi application is fixed for hearing on October 25. It is rule of registrar office that case will be heard on October 25.
