LAHORE, Oct 11 (Online): Accountability Court (AC) of Lahore has acquitted Kamran Kiyani and Nadim Zia co-accused of former Prime Minister (PM) Shabaz Sharif in Ashiana Iqbal reference.
Judge Ali Zulqarnain of AC Lahore while announcing reserved judgment of Ashiana Iqbal reference acquitted Kamran Kiyani and Nadim Zia, co-accused of Shahbaz Sharif Wednesday.
Kamran Kiyani and Nadim Zia had joined investigation later.
The court had reserved judgment on the point of issuance of call up notice to Kamran Kiyani and Nadim Zia.
The court acquitted them after lawyer’s arguments and in the light of NAB report.
The court had reserved judgment to the extent of Kamran Kiayani and Nadim Zia.
