ISLAMABAD, SEP 23 (ONLINE): The complaints of misconduct filed against former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial and justice Ijaz ul Ahsan have been declared baseless.
According to sources complaints were lodged against both the judges by common citizens.
Justice Sardar Tariq Masood declared the complaints of misconduct against both the judges baseless.
Justice Sardar Masood has given legal opinion on both of the complaints.
