ISLAMAABD, October 02 (Online): Special court set up under official secret act has summoned PTI chairman Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi on October 4 in cipher case.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of special court has issued notice following the filing of challan in court.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain has remarked the statements of witnesses are enough for issuing the notice to accused persons. Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are imprisoned in Adiala jail.
Notice is issued to superintendent Adiala jail with reference to appearance of Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the court. Superintendent Adiala jail should present Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in court on October 04.
Later the court summoned Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi on October 04.
