LAHORE, JULY 15 (ONLINE): FIA Banking court has issued release order of former chief minister Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi in money laundering case.
Pervez Elahi filed surety bonds in FIA Banking court in this case.
The banking court accepted surety bonds after completion of their scrutiny process and issued release order of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
The banking court accepted bail after arrest plea of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5 lakh.
Rasikh Elahi filed filed surety bonds on behalf of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
FIA raised objection over acceptance of surety bonds which was rejected by the court.
FIA had requested that Rasikh Elahi is nominated in another case therefore, surety bonds be not accepted.
