ISLAMABAD, Oct 16 (Online): Bail pleas of Bushra Bibi wife of chairman PTI have been accepted in Toshakhana and 190 million pound scandal.
Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has accepted bail plea of Bushra Bibi against surety bonds of Rs 5 lac each in Tosha Khana and 190 million pound scandal till October 31.
Bushra Bibi along with his counsel appeared in the AC in Toshakhana and 190 million pound case.
During the hearing of the case counsel Latif Khosa inquired from duty judge Raja Jawad Abbas I have not seen you since long.
The judge said now charge of narcotics court has been given to me.
The counsel presented the stance in the court the day AC disposed of bail plea , NAB issued new notice on that day.
Duty judge inquired where Bushra Bibi is.
Duty judge Raja Jawad Abbas called Bushra Bibi on rostrum.
Bushra Bibi came on rostrum. However earlier Bushra Bibi did not come on rostrum in any court of judicial complex.
Later the court accepted bail plea of Bushra Bibi against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5 lac each in Tosha khana and 190 million pounds scandal till October 31.
