ISLAMABAD, SEP 26 (ONLINE): Intelligence Bureau (IB) has filed miscellaneous petition in Supreme Court (SC) for withdrawing review petition in Faizabad Dharna case.
SC will take up Faizabad review case on Thursday.
The one page miscellaneous petition has been filed by deputy director Asad Ullah Khan.
Two points have been discussed in the petition. It has been said that IB wants to withdraw review petition against the decision. The miscellaneous petition be accepted and permission be accorded to withdraw review petition.
The petition has been filed through advocate on the record Ahmad Nawaz Chaudhry.
It is pertinent to mention here SC has fixed Faizabad Dharna review case on Thursday September 28. Notices have been issued to the respondents in this regard.
