Provocative speeches against state: Court rejects exemption plea, bail bonds of Marriyum Aurangzeb, Javed Latif

LAHORE, Nov 11 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected plea for exemption from appearing in the court and bail bonds of PML-N leaders Marriyum Aurangzeb and Javed Latif in anti state speeches case.

The case came up for hearing before ATC led by duty Judge Arshad Javed Saturday.

The counsel for the accused filed application for exemption from appearance in the court for Marriyum Aurangzeb and Javed Latif which was rejected. The court also rejected the bail bonds of both the accused as well.

The court while completing the attendance of co- accused adjourned the hearing of the case till November 25.

It is pertinent to mention here that the court had sought reply from prosecution department on the acquittal plea of Marriyum Aurangzeb.

The case against PML-N leaders was registered in police station Green Town.
