LAHORE, NOV 04 (ONLINE): Special court has ordered to arrest PTI leader Chaudhry Moonis Elahi and present him before it in money laundering case.
The court while issuing non-bail able arrest warrants of PTI leader Chaudhry Moonis Elahi has ordered to arrest him and present him before it on November 16 in FIA money laundering case. Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh judge of special court central issued the order.
It has been said in written order bailable arrest warrants of Moonis Elahi have not been implemented. FIA filed report that Chaudhry Moonis Elahi is not present at his Spain address. Therefore, non-bail able arrest warrants of Chaudhcry Moonis Elahi are issued.
