LAHORE, November 04 (Online): Intra court appeal filed by Former Chief Minister (CM) Pervaiz Elahi against single bench decision has been fixed for hearing.
A 2-member bench of LHC will hear the appeal of Pervez Elahi on November 07 seeking nullification of single bench decision on suspending magistrate decision for discharging him from the case.
A two members bench presided over by Justice Shehram Sarwar will hear the case.
The plea has been taken in appeal that single bench suspended the judgment of judicial magistrate against the fact. Judicial magistrate had given decision as per law. The court should nullify single bench decision.
