ISLAMABAD, Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has extended bail of Bushra Bibi wife of chairman PTI till November 15 in Toshakhana and 190 million pound case.
The bail petition of Bushra Bibi in Toshakhan and 190 million pound scandal came up for hearing before Judge Muhammad Bashir of AC Islamabad Tuesday.
NAB prosecutor stated before court Bushra Bibi has filed petition for third time in the court while previous two bail pleas of Bushra Bibi were wrapped up. NAB had said arrest of Bushra Bibi is not wanted. She has filed bail plea twice on one ground.
The counsel for Bushra Bibi requested the court Bushra Bibi should at least be issued notice beforehand.
NAB investigation officer filed his reply in the court. He said in the reply Bushra Bibi arrest is not wanted.
The counsel for Bushra Bibi took the plea efforts is underway to register cases against Bushra Bibi.
The court while extending bail plea of Bushra Bibi in both of the cases till November 15 adjourned the hearing of the case.
