Dengue patients surpass 2000 in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, OCT 31 (ONLINE): Dengue patients have surpassed 2000 in Islamabad amid the reports that 22 new cases were reported in federal capital on Tuesday.

According to DHO dengue patients include 66 percent male and 34 percent female. Total dengue patients stand at 2237 in federal capital.

In rural areas of Islamabad 10 percent dengue cases were reported while the number of dengue cases in urban areas of Islamabad has reached mark of 816.

According to DHO, dengue cases stand at 1421 in rural areas of Islamabad.
