LAHORE, OCT 26 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has summoned the record in connection with bail after arrest plea of Sanam Javed PTI leader and others in attack on PML-N office case.
The court has also sought record related to arrest of Sanam Javed in different cases.
During the hearing senior lawyer Nasir ud Din Sayyed said the law should be enacted that whosoever is arrested in one case of May 9 be included in all cases. Sanam Javed is being arrested in all cases of May 9.
The lawyer requested the court that bail of Sanam Javed is approved and she be released.
The prosecution took the plea in the court the record of the case is not available. Police have gone to arrest Murad Saeed. 3 or 4 trucks of police have gone to Swat KP. They have taken record of the case with them. We will present when they return.
The court later adjourned the hearing of bail plea of Sanam Javed and others.
