LAHORE, OCT 24 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has directed prosecution and Special prosecutor to give arguments on bail of 24 accused including Dr Yasmin Rashid.
Bail pleas of 24 accused persons including Dr Yasmin Rashid came up for hearing before Judge Arshid Javed of ATC in Askari Tower attack case.
The court remarked during hearing of the case prosecution should complete the arguments on bail pleas.
Prosecution replied the detailed record of cases is not available. Court should give date. We will give arguments on next date.
The court directed prosecution and special prosecutor to give arguments and adjourned the hearing of the case till October 28.
Case against the accused is registered in police station Gulberg.
