SAHIWAL Oct 20 (Online): Additional Sessions Judge Sahiwal Bashir Ahmad has granted pre arrest protective bail security to former Tehreek-e-Insaf ticket holder PP 199 Provincial Assembly Irshad Hussain Kathia and his son Ahmed Hussain Kathia in the case of embezzlement of Rs.380, 000 by October 26.
Court also asked for record of the case.
Irshad Hussain Kathia and his son Ahmad Hussain by cheating Safdar Naveed, nephew of Noor Sultan of Chak 154 No.
A case was registered under 406 TPC on the charge of fraudulently embezzling eighty thousand rupees.
