Australia Women defeated West Indies by 8 wickets to win the series 0-2

MELBOURNE Oct 14 (Online): Australia Women beat West Indies Women by 8 wickets in the third and final ODI match to win the series 0-2.

In the match played yesterday, West Indies women batted first and were bowled out for 103 runs in 31.4 overs, Rashida Williams scored 25 runs and Hayley Mathews scored 23 runs. Annabelle Sutherland from Australia scored three while Kim Grath, Elena King and Tahlia McGrath took two wickets each.

In reply, Australia Women achieved the required 15.3 overs for the loss of 2 wickets.

Eliza Healy scored 32, Elise Perry 29 and Phoebe Litchfield 27. Kim Grath was adjudged player of the match and series.
