No political pressure accepted, illegal residents will have to leave Pakistan: Jan Achakzai

KARACHI Oct 13 (Online): Caretaker Information Minister of Balochistan Jan Achakzai has said that no political pressure will be tolerated who will crush the state’s policy.

Speaking to the media at the Karachi Press Club, Jan Achakzai said that the state has taken a few principled decisions and they will be strictly followed, every day many families staying illegally are going back.

Jan Achakzai said that 13 of the 20 suicide bombings in the country this year were carried out by Afghan terrorists.

He said that around 250 madrasas were geo-tagging which are being used by 80 Afghans, bringing these madrasas legally under Pakistan.

The Provincial Information Minister in charge of trafficking said that operations are underway to prevent smuggling in Balochistan, the smugglers will be drowned in the sea those who are on boats, will maintain the writ of the state with full force.

He said that since the day Army Chief General Asim Munir reined in the smugglers, the dollar has been getting cheaper.

Achakzai said that border smuggling is being dealt with strictly, all measures in Pakistan are in accordance with international laws.

He said that if smuggling was benefiting, Balochistan would have had water and other basic facilities, Balochistan would have come first in the implementation of the National Action Plan.

Volume of Afghan transit trade this year alone is 7 billion dollars, he said.
