ISLAMABAD, Oct 11 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has disposed of the petition in connection with recovery of former MNA Sadaqat Abbasi.
Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq took up the case for hearing Wednesday.
Counsel Babar Awan on behalf of the petitioner, officials of ministry of interior and police authorities appeared in the court.
During the hearing of the case CJ IHC while moving to advocate Babar Awan remarked “Jee doctor Sahb , Banda has come back.
Babar Awan while giving reply said I want to salute the man who got the man recovered.
Write on my behalf in the order “Brown fruit in the favor of anchor.
The CJP IHC remarked you said all things in one line. Then we dispose of the case.
Later CJ IHC wrapped up petition seeking recovery of Sadaqat Abbasi.
