Chairman PTI challenges dismissal of his bail plea in Toshakhana 190 million pounds cases in IHC

ISLAMABAD, Oct 03 (Online): Chairman PTI has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against dismissal of his bail plea in Toshakhana 190 million pounds scandal cases being not persuaded.

Chairman PTI has taken the plea in the petition Accountability Court (AC) dismissed the bail in both of the cases being not contested. It is requested that AC August 10, 2023 decision be nullified.

Chairman PTI requested through the petition his interim bail be accepted till the decision of the petition.

Chairman NAB has been made respondent in chairman PTI petition.
The court had dismissed the bail pleas of the former Prime Minister being not persuaded after his arrest in Toshakhana case.
