KATHMANDU (Online) India won SAFF U-19 Football Championship by defeating Pakistan 3-0 in the final of the event.
The final of the SAFF U-19 Football Championship was held in Kathmandu between arch-rivals Pakistan and India.
The first half was goalless. In the 64th minute, India took the lead.
After losing, Pakistan U-19 tried to equalize the match but did not succeed. In the 85th minute, India doubled the lead by scoring a second goal. Moments India won the championship by scoring the third goal and defeating Pakistan 0-3.
