ISLAMABAD Oct 01 (Online): The Supreme Court of Pakistan’s (SCP) full court bench led by chief justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear various constitutional petitions to file a jurisdiction on the Court Practice End tomorrow (Tuesday) on October 3rd, 2023 on at 9:30 AM.
A notice has been sent to parties in advance of testing.
In the case, a citizen of Swat challenged Supreme Court practices and procedure act 2023.
New application has also been filed in Court and pleaded Supreme court to declare practice and procedure act 2023 null and void.
Speaker National Assembly, Chairman Senate and federal government were made party in an application.
Application said that Practices and Procedure act 2023 is unconstitutional and unlawful and contrary to the basic rights articles. SC should accept the application and declare law null and void.
The hearing of the Supreme Court case will be telecast live on state TV.
