LAHORE, Sep 27 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice to the respondents on FIA appeal seeking revocation of bail of Rasikh Elahi, Zara Elahi and Tehreem Elahi.
A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry took up the FIA appeal for hearing Wednesday.
FIA has challenged Banking crime court decision of approving interim bail in high court.
Banking crime court had approved bail in FIA money laundering case.
The court while issuing notice to the respondents again summoned the reply.
