LAHORE, Sep 27 (Online): Justice Raheel Kamran Sheikh of Lahore High Court (LHC) has recused from hearing intra court appeal against single bench decision regarding removal from ECL, name of children of Farah Khan close friend of Bushra Bibi wife of chairman PTI.
A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Ali Baqir Najfi heard the appeal Wednesday.

Justice Raheel Kamran Sheikh has heard this case in single bench.
Two members bench returned the case file to Chief Justice LHC.
Iman Iqbal and Faraz Iqbal filed the appeal plea through Azhar Siddique advocate.
Single bench had directed to resort to interior ministry and against this order intra court appeal has been filed.
