Fawad Ch could not be indicted in inciting government employees case

ISLAMABAD, Sep 27 (Online): Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry could not be indicted in the case of inciting government employees.

Local court of Islamabad while accepting exemption plea of Fawad Chaudhry fixed the date of October 3 in connection with indictment proceedings.

The case against former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry for inciting government employees came up for hearing before Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.

Fawad Chadhry did not appear in the court and his counsel presented exemption from attendance application in the court taking the plea mother of his client is sick and he had to go to Lahore in this regard.

Therefore, he cannot appear in the court.
The court while accepting exemption plea directed that his attendance be ensured on next hearing.

The indictment proceeding against Fawad Chaudhry was adjourned till October 03.
