4th session of human rights council: Statement general debate: By Sardar AMJAD Yousaf Khan

Geneva (PNI) Mr President, The update by the high commissioner is welcomed as human rights activist but i am dismayed that high commissioner ignored the situation of human rights in Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir where people are subjected to all forms of human rights violations at the hands of Indian occupational forces not only in the area under their control but also across the line of control using snipers to target and kill innocent civilians.
Mr. President,
On June 24, this year in the village tetrinot Azad Kashmir, Indian army targeted and killed two innocent civilians Obaid Qayyum, ch qasim and injured ch Bhutto by the sniper shooting across Loc from Indian occupied Kashmir.
on 21st August this year the Indian army sniper targeted and killed sofi ghias in the nakyal area of Azad Kashmir.
Mr President,
Beside the two reports by the high commissioners in which India is asked to respect the right to self determination of the people of Jammu & Kashmir, India is making significant demographic changes to convert Muslim majority into minority, the basic rights like right to life, freedom of expression and even right to fair trail are being denied. Political leader Yasmin Malik and human rights activist Khuram Pervez are arrested and trialed in fake allegations.
Mr. President,
The people in Jammu & Kashmir are waiting for the third report by high commissioner.
I thank you
