ISLAMABAD, Sep 06 (Online): Physical remand for two days has been approved in respect of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in attack on judicial complex case.
Police had requested the court to grant physical remand for 14 days.
Shah Arjumand duty judge of judicial complex Islamabad took up for hearing judicial complex case against Pervaiz Elahi for hearing Wednesday.
Former CM Punjab was presented in the court. Police requested the court to grant 14 days physical remand of Pervaiz Elahi.
The defence counsel Sardar Abdul Razzaq requested the court to discharge Pervaiz Elahi from the case.
Duty Judge Shah Arjumand announced the reserved judgment of attack on judicial complex case against Pervaiz Elahi.
Pervaiz Elahi while addressing police inspector in court room said doesn’t worry I will not jump from window.
Police officer replied sir there are Sahb orders to take you outside.
Pervaiz Elahi said who is the officer who has said to bring me before him. I have been asked to sit here unless the decision comes.
Police officer went outside the court without Pervaiz Elahi.
