ATC sends Haleem Adil Sheikh to jail on judicial remand

KARACHI SEPTEMBER 06 (Online): Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi has sent PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh to jail on judicial remand.

Karachi police presented Haleem Adil Sheikh in Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) under tight security on completion of 1 day physical remand in police mobile torching case.
During the hearing the court sought challan of the case from investigating officer.

The police told the court that a case has been registered against Haleem Adil Sheikh and other accused in the alleged town police station.

The police investigation officer requested the court for further physical remand of Haleem Adil Sheikh. The court rejected this plea and sent Haleem Adil Sheikh to jail on judicial remand.

In an informal conversation with media representatives outside court, Haleem Adil Sheikh said that PDM has also put the caretaker government in trouble. The caretaker government catches the dollar while the sugar slips out of hand.

He said that it was said on the assembly floor that robbers of Kachcha will become scourge later.

The robbers of Kachcha will not be apprehended unless the Pakka dacoits are held. .

On this occasion, Haleem Adil Sheikh termed the cases registered against him as political.

It is pertinent to say that Last week Haleem Adil Sheikh was released on bail in the May 9 case but police arrested him outside the court in another case.
