The petition filed by Imaan Mazari regarding her preventive bail and provision of details of cases against her came up for hearing before a single bench of IHC led by justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Monday.
Additional Attorney General (AAG) Munawar Iqbal Doggal took the plea fax and what app messages have been sent to provincial governments for providing details of cases registered against Imaan Mazari. She should avoid giving statements against the state.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked we are wrapping up case. If any FIR is registered then you will inform the court.
The court disposed of Imaan Mazari petition with directives.
