PTI chairman files petition in IHC he should not be arrested in some other case

ISLAMABAD, Aug 29 (Online): PTI chairman has filed another petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) requesting he should not be arrested in some other case.

PTI was expressing fear that if chairman PTI sentence is suspended even then they will arrest him in some other case and his release will be stopped.

Therefore, Suleman Safdar counsel for Chairman PTI filed petition in IHC that he should not be arrested in some other case.

He has challenged revocation of bail of chairman PTI in 6 other cases.

He requested the court to hear this case immediately.

When the counsel for chairman PTI filed plea regarding meeting with chairman PTI then the Chief Justice (CJ) IHC remarked Aamir Farooq remarked he will pass order in this regard.

However he directed the counsel for removing the objection.
On inquiring by the CJ IHC, Suleman Safdar counsel for chairman PTI told session’s court should have issued order for presenting him rather than the bail pleas would have been cancelled being not persuaded.

The session’s court order for revoking bail pleas being not persuaded be nullified.
