Sirinagar, August 25 (Online): Amnesty International (AI) and other Human Rights organizations have demanded of G20 countries to take action against the serious human rights violations in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
He should play his full role to stop the violations and stop the Indian atrocities on innocent Kashmiris.
Amnesty International (AI), Asia Federation working against Enforced Disappearances, Forum Asia, Civicus, Front Line Defenders and Kashmir Law and Justice Forum demanded in a joint open letter.
Amnesty International (AI) and Asian Federation working against Enforced Disappearances and other organizations said that pressure should be put on India to immediately release political and social workers in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Organizations have also expressed serious concern over the condition of innocent Kashmiris in prison.
It has been said in letter that Four years after revoking important constitutional rights and protections in Jammu and Kashmir, India continues its repressive policies by cracking down on independent media and arresting members of civil society under the black law.
At present, human life in Jammu and Kashmir under the illegal occupation of India has become a nightmare and efforts are being made to suppress the voice of Kashmiris through coercion and violent incidents.
