ISLAMABAD, AUG 21 (ONLINE): Registrar office Supreme Court (SC) has returned with objections the petition filed against further possible arrests of PTI chairman saying direct petition of such nature is not maintainable in SC.
A constitutional petition was filed in SC against more possible arrests of PTI chairman.
The lawyer Suleman Safdar filed the petition.
The SC returned the petition raising objections over it saying the petitioner resorted to SC directly. While he had the respective forum to challenge the decision of trial court.
Registrar office raised the objection petition of this nature is not maintainable in SC.
