ISLAMABAD, AUG 12 (ONLINE): Election Commission (EC) has issued order regarding PTI foreign funding confiscation case.
The EC has said in the order PTI is allowed to give detailed reply under the norms of justice.
EC said PTI should deposit Rs 50000 in the office of EC deputy director law. EC will wrap up case in the event of non filing final reply.
EC said final decision will be issued on the basis of available record in the event of non filing final reply.
The order was issued with the signatures of Chief Election Commissioner.
