LAHORE, August 05 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has been moved against non allowing his family members to meet Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
A petition has been filed by Qaisra Elahi wife of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi through Amir Saeed Ran advocate in LHC making care taker government Punjab, IG Jail and Superintendent Jail Rawalpindi respondents.
Qaisra Elahi has taken plea that under section-12; the family members can meet the detained citizen twice in a week under section 12.
It was said in the petition no meeting has been arranged of his family members to Chaudhry Pervez Elahi from July 17 so far.
She requested the court to order the authorities concerned to arrange meeting of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi with his family members.
