KP government imposes Section 144 to ban aerial firing, Quad Copter and pigeon flying

Peshawar, August 02 (ONLINE): Secretary Home and Tribal Affairs Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has under Section 144 (clause 06) of the code of criminal procedure 1898, prohibited and imposed ban on aerial firing, Quad Copter Flying, Pigeon flying/ Kites flying, Pigeon shops and use of high beams laser lights at any shop or advertisements site which can be detrimental to landing of planes in areas adjacent to PAF Base Peshawar and PAF Camp Badber.

Anyone contravening this order is liable to be proceeded against under section 188 of Pakistan Penal Code 1860. This order shall come into force immediately and shall remain in force for a period of 06 (six) months unless modified or withdrawn earlier.
