GENEVA Jul 28 (Online): Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) has summoned virtual meeting over repeatedly occurring incidents of ‘Holy Quran’ desecration in Sweden and Denmark.
Whole muslim world is angry over these incidents.
Secretary General OIC termed these desecration incidents sad and summoned virtual meeting of foreign ministers of Muslim countries on July 31 to address the issue.
Secretary General told that the virtual meeting was summoned in Jeddah on the request of Saudi Arabia.
Incidents of desecration of holy Quran represent the religious hatred.
Provocating incidents of Sweden and Philippine will be anaylsed in the meeting.
OIC’s 18 emergency meeting is to implement the statement of 2nd July OIC meeting.
