LAHORE July 16 (Online): Punjab Healthcare Commission has sealed 670 businesses during their action against fake doctors which is underway since 4 weeks.
685 fake doctors has closed their illegal business centers.
According to details commission’s enforcement teams has raided 2,879 in 29 districts. Certified doctors have started treatment in 88 medical centers. Further 1,394 centers will also remain under monitoring.
Biggest action was taken in district Faisalabad and sealed 94 centers, Gujrat with 60 centers, Lahore with 58 centers, and Gujranwala with 55 centers. 51 center on each of Bahawalnagar and Pakpatan and 41 centers in Sialkot were also sealed.
Spokesperson told that commission has raided almost 62 thousand centers and sealed 45 thousand centers of fake doctors. However 36671 fake doctors have changed their business and closed them.
