ISLAMABAD, May 31 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has given two days time to DIG Operations for recovery of brother of Shahzad Akbar.
The petition in connection with recovery of brother of Shahzad Akbar former SAPM on accountability came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.
DIG operations Shahzad Bokhari appeared on court’s order.
Qasim Wadood, counsel for the petitioner also appeared in the court.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani remarked time of two days is given. Murad Akbar be presented in the court.
The court while ordering to present Murad Akbar within two days adjourned the hearing of the case till June 02.
