PTI MNAs will not be allowed to enter NA despite court’s orders

ISLAMABAD, May 20 (Online): PTI Members of National Assembly (MNAs) who had resigned from their seats will not be allowed to return to National Assembly (NA) despite court’s orders.

Opinion will be sought from law ministry on this matter and consultation will also be made on filing review petition.

According to speaker office sources PTI MNAs will be refused to allow to enter into parliament immediately despite court’s order. PTI MNAs will also not be allowed to come into NA on Monday.
NA speaker will make consultation with the leadership of all allied parties on this matter.

The meeting will take place under NA speaker after the authentic copy is received wherein consultation will be made to file review appeal against the decision.

Possibility is there that resolution will be got approved against court’s decision and in support of speaker NA ruling about acceptance of resignations.

According to speaker office sources the court has directed the MNAs who had resigned to appear before speaker again.
Unless speaker NA takes clear decision, the MNAs who have resigned cannot return to house. Because Shah Mehmood Qureshi video is there wherein he had announced about the resignations of all MNAs in the house.
