Major operations of Punjab CTD, 7 alleged terrorists of banned organization arrested

LAHORE, May 20th (Online): CTD has arrested 7 alleged terrorists of the banned organization during intelligence-based operations in different cities of Punjab.

According to Counter Terrorism Department Punjab (CTD) officials, Sher Muhammad, Abdul Khaliq, Ikramullah, Najeebullah are included in arrested terrorists.

According to CTD officials, the terrorists wanted to target sensitive installations and important personalities.

Officials said that CTD had conducted 472 combing and search operations this week and 75 suspects have been arrested during the checking of more than eight thousand people.

Officials said that CTD is committed to rooting out the scourge of terrorism as it is pursuing the goal of a safe Punjab.
