ISLAMABAD, May 19 (Online): PTI leader Barrister Ali Zafar has said proceedings can be initiated under army act against those involved in attacking on army installations.
But it is must that these cases should be run in civil courts.
“Proceedings can be initiated under army act against those who have attacked army installations but these cases should run in civil courts because it is a political issue”, he said this in a statement issued here Friday.
On the other side PML-N Senator Irfan Siddiqui said doubtlessly avoidance from army act is better. But judiciary itself is creating solid justification for initiation of proceedings under army act.
