KARACHI, April 28 (Online): Karachi court has rejected the petition from Dania Shah widow of late Aamir Liaqat seeking registration of murder case on death of her husband.
Dania Shah former wife of late Aamir Liaqat had filed petition in the court of additional sessions judge East Karachi for registration of murder case on the death of former MNA Aamir Liaqat.
Dania in her petition while nominating Mumtaz, Ali Javed, Abbas, Saqib and three unknown persons in her application had requested the court for registration of murder case against them.
She had taken plea in her petition that some persons had given Rs 250 million to Aamir Liaqat on February 22, 2022 and those who had given this money had made video while giving the amount.
The court after brief hearing rejected the petition from Dania Shah.
