ISLAMABAD 27 April (Online): District and session court Islamabad postponed the reserved verdict on plea to record statement of Aun Chaudhry in ‘non-shariah nikkah’ (un-islamic marriage) of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.
Announcement of reserved verdict was postponed as senior civil judge Nasr Minillah is on leave.
Court staff told that the senior judge is on leave till 02 May.
Keep clear that advocate Rizwan Abbasi pleaded court during last hearing that Aun Chaudhry being witness be allowed to record his statement. Court had reserved verdict on plea to include Aun Chaudhry as witness in the case.
