Coalition partners express resolve to adhere to parliament decision on provision of election funds

ISLAMABAD, April 26 (Online): A meeting allied parties Leaders of government was held under the Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday.

The law minister and Attorney General (AG) gave briefing to participants of meeting on important judicial, legal and constitutional matters.

The allied parties expressed their resolve to adhere to parliament decision regarding provision of election funds.

The participants expressed their grave concern over audio leaks which have surfaced recently.

PM said scales of justice are not even. Our stance is proving correct. Parliament is supreme. Its decisions will have to be accepted.

The participants were informed about elementary contacts of talks with PTI.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman repeated his stance about not holding talks with Imran Khan.

The participants agreed on using parliament forum in view of any possible decision.
The participants said consensus among all is must for meaningful talks.
