ISLAMABAD, April 18 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to IG, DG FIA and interior secretary in the case pertaining to provision of details of cases against Hassan Khan Niazi, nephew of PTI chairman Imran Khan.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir here Wednesday.
The counsels for Hassan Khan Niazi including Naeem Panjutha and Mirza Asif advocate appeared in the court.
They requested that record of all inquiries and cases against their client be provided.
They also prayed that the concerned authorities be prevented from arresting Hassan Khan Niazi in any case without permission of court.
The court while summoning the record of cases against Hassan Niazi adjourned the hearing of the case till Wednesday.
