ISLAMABAD, April 18 (Online): District and Sessions Court Islamabad has accepted bail plea of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur in regard to case registered in Golra police station against him.
The court directed Ali Amin to submit two surety bonds against Rs 3 lac each.
Additional Sessions Judge Sikandar Khan announced the reserved judgment regarding acceptance of bail plea of Ali Amin Gandapur on Tuesday.
The investigation officer filed his reply in the court of additional sessions judge Sikandar Khan.
It is pertinent to mention here that the court had reserved judgment on bail before arrest plea in the case registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Golra Police station during the previous hearing of the case on completion of arguments of Sher Afzal Murrawat counsel for Ali Amin and prosecutor Adnan Ali.
